‘Pay as you go’ Support
We can provide custom support solutions to suit your needs, which could be telephone and remote support or onsite only or any combination that suits your organisation.
Vezo are happy to be the sole support for an organisation or work hand in hand with your own IT experts within your organisation providing a wider level of expertise or simply offering additional hands when required.
The service includes the following:
- Remote Assistance and phone based support during working hours (08:30 to 17:30).
Using remote access software we can connect remotely to PC’s and Servers quickly and efficiently and resolve problems without having to attend site.
- An engineer can be onsite with 12 working hours of a fault being diagnosed as un-repairable remotely. ‘Pay as you go’ support is charged at:
- On-site support sessions are charged at £60 per hour during normal office hours and £95 out of hours.
- Remote support sessions are charged at £15 for every half hour.
- Remote and on-site support charges are billed from the start of the session.
